I love how the company promotes healthy relationships between agents and leaders. Every employee is empowered to share their sentiments and be heard. I love how they integrate the open door policy to ensure that we positively channel things that could be improved for the employee and company's sake.

Cons

No site in Visayas. Could be better to bring FPS somewhere there.
