Pros

- wages are above average - wage increases are (at time of writing) at 50 cents every 3 months, for 1 year - bonuses monthly based on metrics

Cons

- managers work for themselves at your expense - tight monitoring (screen capturing on top of all the basics, ex. call recording, heavy metrics) - no real support, just do better. often-times you know more than the supervisors/managers do about your job - all but one promotions and higher paying jobs were given to the international sites ( i was there for a year) -false hope regarding opportunities consistently given by management. they will not want you to be promoted because if the managers lose you, they lose their best agents, therefore, they lose the metrics that make their own promotional opportunities shine. * I was top 10 on-site for a couple months, and number one on-site for a week or two early on. This is out of 75+ people in the Kansas City location (2 months into the job around January 2021) doing support for Frontier's FiberOptic Tech Support department. After many coaching's I was given the impression that I would either become an SME (subject matter expert) and was even asked to apply to a Team Manager position. When I went to apply the same day, the application was not there, and management told me "Hmm, not sure, I'll look into it" with no follow-up or any replies about it in the next week or so. Then they hired only Team Managers (multiple) from the Philippines site shortly after, who I had to train on our technical processes so they could effectively support the agents under them I could go on for a while, but if you end up here, don't believe what you hear, no matter how good and useful you are. You will be replaced without a second thought and save them a decent amount of money for that new employment. Their M.O. is to maintain churn, create false hope, and make you believe you are part of what the company's motto suggests: "Put people first, drive breakthrough results" Another thing I will note, is that there are constant changes to your work load (adding support for other Frontier services without any wage benefit, it destroys your metrics, so bonuses are reduced as well, and you're offered no choice to opt-in/out support for these outdated services whatsoever)

Pros

That the customers are going to getting people a good product.

Cons

My training experience was horrible. I don't know if my trainer is burt out or just a jerk . The time clock system was very strange to me. I have used one like this and literally had no idea what I should click or not.i would then get chastised for my errors,There I explained no one ever trained me. The trainer did not offer to train me, just advised me no one received training . I was the only one having problems, every week I would.have time card issues all the time by mistake.i would put in correction requests or a few. I was usually held behind after class and was forced to manually make changes, and again explained I did not understand the program and to ask what button I should push for each important time event( lunch, in for the day, out for the day, lunch punches. I was able to get this out of him. Not once, would he take 5 mins to explain the system. I had to leave early one day because I was in severe pain from a neurological disorder. I signed early that next day and worked what I missed. He would give us various training videos to learn things and some hands on type practice. Nearly everyday there was some sort of log in issue.I kept them all my keep folder in outlook. One day, I received a message about not being in the domain to sign in. I used what I have everyday since the first day, when I changed them. My team lead asking what I was signing in what I used every day. He said I should never be that. It should be what they gave on the first day. I advised that hasn't happened since the first day. My trainer continued to question my knowledge and skills, throughout the entire process. I never heard one word of praise or constructive criticism. I was always just a little behind because my time in the hospital. I was constantly reminded that I was behind everyone else. No suggestions to catch up in my free time, just made to feel like an idiot. I have worked at a software company in support. So I had done things far more difficult tasks than what we were doing. The thought of 'going in' to work gave me so much anxiety and stress. No company that I have worked for sucked my confidence, made feel stupid, and tear me down. I wouldn't recommend working here, I would have been great at the job, once I got away from my trainer. It be okay with another trainer but mine, JB, was awful. I'd be cautious about working here.

Pros

The atmosphere is great, my coworkers are fun, the pay isn't bad at all, and we have phenomenal client relations.

Cons

Area to grow is limited so you have to be well above the "heard" to get promoted. The benefits are lackluster because of how small the company is.
