The management is one of the worst management I had ever seen The employees who works very hard technically on crm are badly reported to get terminated because of jealousy and once HR comes into pictures they will be never on the side of employees Very bad company will spoil the carrier

Very Bad QA Manager

The HR team is supportive, but has limited authority or decision-making power.

Cons

There is noticeable favoritism and office politics within the team. Opportunities are often given only to individuals who have been long-time friends with the QA Manager, leaving others overlooked regardless of their contributions. The QA Manager lacks team management and motivational skills, and tends to highlight only the performance of close associates. In one instance, I delivered an out-of-the-box implementation, but the credit was given to one of his friends, who was chosen to present it to management despite not being the actual contributor.
