      Pros

      They start you off with entry level pay and the raises are steady. Promotions and Cross Training Opportunities are steady.

      Cons

      Also steady are the outages and lack of resolution for escalated issues Cultural barriers from management keeps jobs overseas and the managers have trouble understanding cultural norms of the United States of America. Be prepared to over-explain simple situations. Health insurance benefits don't pay much until you reach a very high deductible. No 401K option was available at the time.

      Doesn’t uphold their own core values, lack communication & doesn’t appreciate their loyal long term employees. No room to grow although they say it is, its a lie.

      Cons

      Everything above is a con. I would only recommend this company to a teenager. There is alot of drama at this company.
