Also steady are the outages and lack of resolution for escalated issues Cultural barriers from management keeps jobs overseas and the managers have trouble understanding cultural norms of the United States of America. Be prepared to over-explain simple situations. Health insurance benefits don't pay much until you reach a very high deductible. No 401K option was available at the time.
