      Pros

      Training is in depth and paid and there are benefits.can't. Health, dental, vision, etc.

      Cons

      A lot of other agents lie about promos and discounts and that does come back on you, even if you're honest. You have to be very emotionally strong because customers are trying to get u to give them something, and get mad if u don't or cant. Vision insurance was a scam.

      Helping customers with lawnmower etc

      Brand new company insurance is to high and not set it with enough help
