      No human talent at all!

      Pros

      There are just “leaders” walking around with a huge ego but not actually caring about their own team members when they go through something. However, as soon as an agent lashes out at a bad metric or stuff does not get along with the BPO stupid and made up policies, they start draining you and making you feel like trash and just another number that will fill their pocket by the end of the month.

      Go bankruptcy or stop existing.
