      No structure and managers, supervisors, down to team supports are power trippers

      Pay is decent, that is all

      Anti agent, Management is the worst (Frontier account) Davao City. Supervisors down to the team supports are power trippers, you have to blindly follow them like idiots otherwise you will get terminated, keep your comments and suggestions to yourself as the management interprets is as critical and offensive. No due process, be careful and be mindful. Environment is very toxic

      Pros

      Was able to work remotely. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      Their motto of INTEGRITY needs to be revisited. To keep a long story short....it was all about numbers. They didn't care about much more than that. Everyone was ordered to report back to office with little to no notice and once back, there was clearly NO safety measures put in place in regard to COVID. Employees were passing it around like candy on Halloween and it didn't matter...come back to work or be let go.
