Pros

communication M-F cultural values somewhat align We get too create a community in our home town

Cons

communication with the back office unavailable on weekends but we are open on the weekends management being included in labor hours for the day pay rates, took the company over a year to pay me minimum wage managers need to work 50 hours minimum but don't allow proper staffing due to "labor hours allowed" which makes the minimum hours worked over 50 to 60 hours a week plus having to send people home because we are over on labor makes people find new jobs that can actually afford to pay them 40 hours a week no in person training all video calls and a maybe in person class for 4 hours which no knowledge is being retained within that time frame weekly directives and changes consistently dont allow time for a process to be learned basically if you have a dm that manages multiple states hard to get proper in person coaching for the team president leads by fear followed with "some" nice things to say but mostly negativity

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your years of dedication to FullSpeed Automotive. We truly appreciate your long-term commitment and are glad to hear that you've found value in the community-building aspects of your role and in our weekday communication efforts. That said, we take your concerns seriously—especially those related to staffing, compensation, communication gaps on weekends, and the need for more impactful training. These are important issues that affect both our team members’ work experience and our ability to deliver great service, and we are actively working to improve in these areas. Regarding your feedback about leadership tone and motivation, we want every team member to feel respected, supported, and valued—both professionally and personally. If something you experienced did not align with those expectations, we sincerely apologize. We are committed to fostering a culture where feedback is used constructively and communication is both respectful and encouraging. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of our team. If you're open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss your feedback further in a private setting to better understand how we can improve your experience and that of your peers.
