In the past, FullStory was known for its high talent density, with motivated and collaborative colleagues who cared a lot about customers and the product itself.

Cons

* Most of the aspects of the culture that made working here great in the past have been obliterated by 4 major RIFS since 2022, the most recent of which impacted ~20% of the company. * Seemingly no accountability at the senior leadership level. * Massive RIFs impacting 10-20% of the company now happen every 6 months or so, creating chaos, trauma, and disruption that leadership appears unconcerned by. * No loyalty to the employees that poured years of their lives into making the product and the culture excellent.
