HOT MESS.

Pros

Smart and hard working people. Competitive pay. Good benefits.

Cons

Saturated market without any significant differentiators in their product. Very recycled account lists, in my 6 months (before being unexpectedly laid off), I went through three territory changes, two leadership changes, two SDR changes, and two SE changes. Making it incredibly difficult to ramp effectively. The accounts had been through 5 different AEs, with all kind of different messaging being sent to the customer. New external leaders are dropping like flies. They play favorites. The more successful AEs get the better leads and they do this shamelessly. Very cliquey. Toxic sales culture. Leaders don't have much experience in managing.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at FullStory with us, even if that experience wasn't a great one. We never want an employee to have a negative experience, so we want to be sure we're always listening. Regarding your comments on territory and management changes, during our period of hyper-growth, there were many shifts and changes in both territory alignment and management. We acknowledge this was difficult and recognize that we have room to improve. We've recently taken the time to look at the structure of our sales team and make some changes to help better equip individuals to be successful. As for the sales culture, our People Ops team is working closely with our Sales leaders to ensure that all managers receive training on effective and inclusive leadership. You can learn more about the steps we are taking here: https://www.fullstory.com/blog/manager-training-at-fullstory This process won’t be fixed overnight, but we’re making it a priority to ensure current and future FullStorians are comfortable and confident in their role. While it stings to hear that your experience here could have been better, what you’ve shared with us will help us grow, and we appreciate it.
