      Pros

      Every job tells you that they are a family and they care about you. I had never felt this to be true until working at Fullbay! The environment they have created here is truly one that allows a person to grow and strive to do better. They support you when you need to "improve" and encourage you to grow past the limits that you may have set for yourself. For me, this was the best career decision I have made so far and I am enjoying every day working for this company!

      Cons

      Every job had its challenges. At Fullbay, You must be a very driven person. It is easy to get complacent when you are in a work-from-home position and underperform. As long as you have good time management and are detail-oriented you will do great in this company.

      Pros

      The leadership of Fullbay really cares about the lives of their employees both at work and outside work. I've felt that they genuinely want to help me grow in my career and make sure I maintain a healthy work-life balance. Everyone I've met at the company is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but something to consider is that the company is fully remote, so it can be a challenge to get to know people outside your direct team. There are company parties through-out the year to help with this though.
