Great Work Environment

Pros

This company maintains extremely high standards. It's a fast-paced environment, and you're held accountable for your performance. The company also practices what they preach about balance. You're expected to get in, get your work done, and then get the heck out of there and have a life outside of work.

Cons

Because it's a startup, there isn't a lot of tolerance for slacking off. You can't just coast by. You are expected to perform.

The Start-Up Environment You Want

Pros

Fullbay is the kind of start up org you're often sold on, but rarely actually exists. It's a highly efficient org that is growing with intention, and in the process fostering a culture built on winning, but also work/life balance. Leadership is committed to an environment that works hard, gets the job done, and let's you enjoy your life outside of the workplace.

Cons

Fullbay's position as a hyper-growth startup demands that team members are high functioning, and highly accountable. It's not an org where you clock in and go through the motions, but the reward for good, hard work is immense.

Great Place to Work!

Pros

Leadership does a great job of including employees in decision making and helping everyone feel engaged in working on goals. I have never worked at a place where everyone (including upper level leadership) is so accessible and genuinely good people that just want to make a difference. Compensation is good and you are rewarded for performance. Many teams are remote. Growing fast and changing an industry Get opportunities to feedback on the direction of the company

Cons

At times it can be difficult to sync up with other teams because so many are remote.
