      Pros

      The leadership team and the product! The COO is incredibly smart, experienced, and supportive of his teams. Which trickles down into the interactions betweeen manager-teams, and teams-customers. We have a great product that really makes a different in the lives of our customers!

      Cons

      The cons section comes with any job/career/employer but overall I don’t have any that the company isn’t already aware of/working on or is a deal breaker.

      Pros

      Culture and team are great. Company giveaways, prizes, and functions are the best. Amazing training for someone with little to no sales experience will catch up quickly.

      Cons

      As a BDR you are tasked with making cold out bound calls all day. It can get grueling very quick. All and all its a numbers game and some luck. The job itself gets boring after a while. Benefits are okay nothing to brag about.

      Pros

      My journey with Fullbay has been great and I am eager to continue it. The organization has a great leadership team that are always promoting and striving by our core values of building quality tools, promoting balance, running into the fire and being high performing. There have been many opportunities for professional development and growth.
