      Pros

      Culture and team are great. Company giveaways, prizes, and functions are the best. Amazing training for someone with little to no sales experience will catch up quickly.

      Cons

      As a BDR you are tasked with making cold out bound calls all day. It can get grueling very quick. All and all its a numbers game and some luck. The job itself gets boring after a while. Benefits are okay nothing to brag about.
