      Pros

      Flexible time, thats really the only nice thing about Fullbay.

      Cons

      Poor codebase, poor management, poor communication. They will fire you without warning, you are just a code monkey to them. Management seems to be chaotic at times, you will be talked down to. They will sell you on the “Fullbay Family” but don’t be fooled.

      Pros

      CEO is great. Many at the org are great to work with.

      Cons

      The COO is terrible. He would be a good sales manager of a small sales team (3-5) but spends an excessive about of time talking himself up and speaking negatively about his subordinates, causes drama and is very manipulative. He will cause this company more harm than good in the way he pushes problems onto the customers and employees.

      There is a few cool restaurants near the office.

      Cons

      Product is currently using a very legacy architecture and the higher ups will not update it because they do not want to learn modern architecture.
