A company that genuinely cares for their employees

Pros

The leadership of Fullbay really cares about the lives of their employees both at work and outside work. I've felt that they genuinely want to help me grow in my career and make sure I maintain a healthy work-life balance. Everyone I've met at the company is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but something to consider is that the company is fully remote, so it can be a challenge to get to know people outside your direct team. There are company parties through-out the year to help with this though.

Pros

My boss is the most fair boss I have ever worked for. The culture at FullBay is the greatest. No other job that has said, “we’re family” has made me feel as good as this company has. The expectations are clearly outlined. Metrics are obtainable however, results are what’s prioritized. Weekly paid trainings just shows how much they care about the performance of their staff. They throw a ton of money into this training to make sure everyone feels comfortable in their role. One more ego stroke to the director, I feel comfortable going to her with just about anything. I am confident that she will do everything in her power to reconcile a situation or at least make me feel better about it but it gets handled no matter what. Overall, the job pays well. Lots of spiffs and opportunities of growth. I love this job.

Cons

Initially training is not great. It has gotten better but I did start off feeling like I probably can’t handle the phones well. While it’s great they care about our training, I can’t stand the weekly trainings. He does have some useful information but he believes his word is gold and there is no other way. I don’t think that’s good for the FullBay BDR team. I feel like we need in house training. We need someone that is super analytical and knows how to navigate a call in any situation to do all the onboarding and training of new hires. I feel like we’d have a stronger start of new hires if we had something like that.

Pros

Great leadership support, strong team collaboration, and plenty of chances to learn and grow.

Cons

Some processes could be streamlined as the company scales.
