Leadership ensures they are hiring good people who understand the tough job and are very transparent about opportunities within the company so you're working next to others that share the same commitment and goals you do. The team has seen recent turnover, but only for those leaving sales. Overall, cold calling isn’t fun, but it’s part of the job and you do see success from it. If you're just getting into sales, this is a hard place to start. But if you decide to leave after a year, you'll be equipped to sell anything. We have coaching sessions not only with leadership but also with your team, which collaborates a lot. Additionally, a third-party coach helps us weekly.
