      -Fantastic leadership, especially from the COO -Very responsive and caring HR department -A collaborative team of positive thinkers -A clear onboarding process

      -Tricky software for those not dedicated to learning -Can be a tough customer base to work with -Can be off putting to those who don't adapt quickly

      Pros

      There is always a sense of family when communicating with your peers. Everybody I have come across has a very positive attitude and open to offering any resources that may be helpful. Countless spiffs and opportunities for nice commission payout. Hybrid position allows for a nice work/life balance. Lots of opportunities to grow and excel. Great benefits.
