- The C-suit management is a disaster at this school. They don't know what they are doing. As mentioned by other reviewers, you don't know if you are going to be the next person in their continued layoff seasons. - Lack of trust in the management in another issue here. There are contradictory messages from the top. Promises have been made to review the salary for the staff but months later, you learned that there would be salary reduction. Staff have been working for some years without any increase in salary despite increasing cost of living in Pasadena

Pros

The work environment at Fuller is very congenial and neighborly. I didn't want to leave the school because I had such a great coworkers. I still keep in touch with them, even though I've left the seminary.

Cons

Fuller Theological Seminary is currently in very deep debt. I was laid off due to the financial instability of the school. They are in talks to move the school from Pasadena to Pomona.
