Pros

It was a wonderful place to work and I made many lifelong friends while working there. Because of the unique nature of the school there is definitely a strong sense of camaraderie among many of the staff members.

Cons

As a Christian school many that work there view their work as a form of ministry and in that sense are underpaid (however the benefits, especially insurance coverage, was excellent). Also with the many transitions taking place in higher ed and the seminary world there is a lot of change going on and change is always difficult.

Pros

Wonderful school. Academically, very challenging. I worked at the Guest Center. Wonderful facility and very well run. Manager is thoughtful and carrying.

Cons

Wish the pay was more. It would be nice if a seminary would pay it's lowest paid employees above minimum wage.
