Pros

Folks are friendly and empathetic. There’s a sense of people really caring about you at Fuller. People take time to get to know one another and management can be supportive.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. No set procedures for staff to follow which can lead to issues with students. No straight answers for student issues with financial aid. To get the correct answer multiple questions have to be presented to get a clear concise reply which can cause frustration.
