Pros

There are occasional work from home options available

Cons

Where do I begin? Upon being hired you will be sold a dream with great potential and upside. Once you actually begin working here you will quickly realize how unorganized and dysfunctional this company truly is. Employees work with no direction. Upper Management is absolutely clueless and lacks transparency. They will intervene when its convenient for them and other times scramble to micromanage. CEO never thinks anything through, just makes impulsive decisions without vision and ignores employee input. One example of the micromanagement is that the CEO intentionally key locked one of the emergency exit doors in order to watch employees come and go. Which is illegal. Turnover is very high. Most people quit, others are fired without good reason. Benefits are nonexistent, they are very expensive. Days off are frowned upon.

Pros

Seem to buy struggling companies with good products at dirt cheap prices and the promises of only settling their dues, so they have good business acumen apparently.

Cons

Company acquired my employer - Authorgen Technologies in India, and hasn't yet cleared my dues in cohorts with them. This is after a complaint in the Labour Court so it does not seem like they respect the law of the land either. It has been almost 2 years. Do not join them, they do not seem to have any ethics in place.

Pros

Work from home. Get paid on time. Flexible schedule.

Cons

They make you teach demo classes stating that you can get really good bonuses if the clients enroll but you you don't have control of that. Basically you will never know who enrolled in the course. I have taught several classes and my feedback rate is 9.9 and there are no enrollments, no bonuses for me at all. So, basically I am getting paid $7,5 an hour, which is an absurd. If you're teaching demo classes and receiving 10's from the clients, how hasn't any one of these clients enrolled in the course? That is impossible!

I believe you are thinking of the other itutor located abroad. We don't have a feedback system as stated and adhere to minimum wage standards- no one makes less than 20/hr. Best, The HR Team
