A Great Company to Work For!!!!!!!!!

Pros

ITutor platform is very teacher friendly and once you get on board you immediately get bookings. I also like that we have an hour before class start to preview the lesson to get familiar with the lesson, and the topics of very interesting. I love how the IT system works, and the communication center is also great with answering your question professionally and in a very timely manner.

Cons

What I don't like is that how the company is very strict on absences. In life emergency circumstances will come up and with those emergencies come up at that time you don't be thinking about contacting iTutor to let them know, but I do feel once things become normal you should send some type of letter of documentation of that emergency so it can be taken off of your record. Now if it becomes consistent then I agree with the policy. Need to up the price from $7 hour to at least $20 an hour

Thank you for your review! We've never have had a starting wage of $7/hr. You are most likely referencing another itutor based abroad.

Pros

*If you don't want to work, you don't have to just take unlimited PTO, no questions asked. *You don't experience getting a high-level job here, you just need to kiss a little A** of the leadership team and feed their ego with praise.

Cons

Inexperienced CEO who breeds a horrible culture of dysfunction.

Pros

The tutors are good, hard working people.

Cons

The CEO and management are horrible people who do not care at all about helping children. They’re completely revenue driven, have totally lost sight if the original mission of the company, and show total disregard for the people who worked tirelessly for years there to build it up.
