Pros

I really enjoy the low stress environment (a majority of the time). It's easy to find a work schedule that works best for employees. I enjoy that there is more to do than just push around paperwork. Everyone is very smart, friendly and hard-working . People who are not interested in contributing good work do not last very long.

Cons

It's a small-ish company so you may be end up having more than one job or role.

-The work is challenging and stimulating. -My director and colleagues are always collaborative and supportive. -Non-toxic non-cutthroat environment -Wonderful and positive folks here who are great fun to work alongside - terrific office culture. -Downtown Santa Cruz location - parking included! -Dog-friendly workplace.

- Can be a bit chaotic, especially in crunch time - Speaking of crunch time, you may be asked to work extra hours when there's a deadline
