Pros
Money. I had to fight for a big compensation and that's the only good thing. Another pro is that ther CTO (Mike) is not bugging me every day in slack.
Cons
No career path. Micromanagement 100%. There's no point in writing documentation because management (starting from the CTO) will ask you for answers instead of reading slack channels or documents. Of course you are only a number, no culture, no values, no opportunities to grow.
