Pros
Remote work with good flexibility. The work environment will actually depend more on the client you will work for than on the company itself. What I like most is that the company doesn't interrupt my day, sometimes it feels like I work directly for the client. Good salary compensation.
Cons
The hiring process can be a real pain and there's to much control on security for devices used for work - but they are constantly re-thinking that
