- No communication at all internally between the company, everyone is in their own world, you don't know what happen or who is who. - terrible review process - misscomunication with clients and CSM - They told that there is a bench but there is not ... - They prioritize more people in one client that defend you from any problem that may araise, they won't doubt in fire you - There is a little to no help if you need in your client, you're on your own - There is like 10 people in HR team, they didn't know between them what the updates were, every time you talked with one of them was a different story
