Pros
FSL has a lot of clients, a lot of opportunities for the employee in different business. The management trust in the employees so I have not experiment micromanagement. "In case you finish your assignment with a client, FSL provides excellent support during the time you are without an assignment. Additionally, they offer Udemy courses as a benefit that you can take advantage of during this period.
Cons
I'm not quite clear on what and how the performance assessment is conducted.
