      Overall my experience with Fulton County Schools could be better.

      Pros

      Time off work is great. Love being off on the holidays. Some of the employees are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management within my department is highly vindictive and micro managed. The building is very old with no ventilation. Not enough restrooms within the facility for a staff of over 200 people.

      Pros

      Fulton is one of the Metro County school systems that does not take social security so for some that is a pro.

      Cons

      There are too many constant changes to the expectations of the teachers. The county mandates more and more work but does not take away any unnecessary tasks.

      Pros

      This is a great job if you have young children. You get the same time off as your children and do not have to look an pay for childcare.

      Cons

      Not much scope for advancement. The pay is poor and we got a pay cut second year in a row.
