Pros

A great deal of digital resources and support from the county. Also, a large number of schools and communities to work from and pay is better than surrounding counties.

Cons

Travel for county trainings and meetings are extensive due to size of the county. Also, although there is great support by admin, they sincerely care about politics in the community.
