Pros

FCS is generally supportive of its teachers, but a good team around you can make or break the experience. My team has been honest, supportive, and quick to collaborate.

Cons

Focus on standardized test scores and STEM education pathways leaves support for fine arts wanting. Students and families do not always get all of the relevant info, and, depending on their school environment, fine arts programs can be treated as afterthoughts.

Pros

psychological services department colleagues are diverse, knowledgeable, helpful and overall great people.

Cons

Very testing heavy, and many referrals. teachers (at my campuses) do not buy into the rti process and see it as a barrier to getting struggling students in special education, even though exclusionary factors are present and unresolved.
