Great schedule if you have school-age children of your own; time off for major holidays; pay is competitive for metro ATL school districts

Cons

Over worked and under paid (this has gotten exponentially worse since Covid has transitioned from a pandemic to "new normal"); did I mention working well over 40 hours per week?; expected to pick up the slack for the vacancies that can't be filled because of the first two cons
