Pros

Opportunities are huge - probably better in the regions than major projects. People there believe in the business and even though its about making a profit - having fun and caring along the way is just as important. Share options and ok pay are there too. And job security!

Cons

Can be a bit clique-y. If you're in the "in-crowd" then life is great, but if you aren't then expect to wave goodbye shortly

Pros

They look after you, If you need training they wont hesitate to help you reaching your goal. If you need outside help all you do is ask and they will do what they can within their power to accomodate. The more you perform for them the more they will return in favor.

Cons

long hours, FH is a big company therefore you are more expendable if you do not perform.(Fair Call). Health and Safety is getting a little OTT.
