Pros
The people are amazing, so nice. We like to have fun and get things done. Lots of room and opportunity for growth. The company is investing a lot into system and process improvement initiatives. Learning and development is a priority for us.
Cons
Some processes are amorphous and need to be clearly documented. Some silos, but we are working to break these down.
