      Culture of fun throughout the company. Good benefits. Good transparency. Finally have a CEO who knows what she's doing.

      While things seem to be on a better path thanks to a much needed turnover of senior executives, we remain baffled by the protectionism of the HR and Marketing leaders. Both seem to have potential but they're lacking in leadership. HR continues to disappoint with lack of confidentiality and favoritism. Marketing leader talks a great game but continues to be toxic and borders on sexual harassment/discrimination. Seems to be an unspoken issue with leadership as many coworkers have expressed concern over him.
