      - Opportunity to learn - Got me a better job

      Cons

      - Management have no clue on what he was doing, flip/flop on decisions constantly - Worked with a senior level guy who had autism and would never teach me anything despite asking for the help - Place was a hell hole, I was never happy there from the get-go
