Pros

Benefits are not that bad but could be better. The best part is getting funko pops. Depending in which location you work there are perks.

Cons

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!! The closer you are to working with the top (Executives) the worse it gets. There is no company culture at all! They treat you like you are nothing. Sure it is somewhat diverse, but diversity doesn't mean anything when there is no culture involved.

You get to tell people you work at funko. That's it.

Cons

Incredibly poor communication, improper preparation/training in most departments, no training materials for vital departments leading to intense "job security" among long term employees slow to fix most maintenance issues, Money/product over employees, Constant Improper use of employees pronouns, little/none employee appreciation from FUNKO and not a temp agency.
