Cons

Management for nights very bad and just let good works for nothing and puts people in charge with no knowledge of warehouse work and they lie so this makes for a very high turnover rate

Pros

This company does not deserve the people who work there in non-C-Suite roles. Some of the most talented and hardest-working people are stuck working at this place because the current job market is so poor. Every team/department has issues, but I was thankful to get placed with a manager who was the main reason I stayed much longer than I ever anticipated.

Cons

4 major layoffs in two years are no good, no matter which way you slice it. The company attempted to be "progressive" by hiring a female CEO to lead what was historically a boys' club-style leadership team, but perhaps they should have considered her track record before making the final decision. In just one year under her, I saw firsthand a lot of people walk out on their own accord because of how toxic, awful, and even more money hungry the environment had become. C-Suite would rather cut resources and people's jobs to save a few bucks than cut their salaries; this was very apparent in these 2025 rounds of layoffs, where they claim to be cutting costs to be more efficient, but then just backfilling six-figure Senior-level roles and leaving the rest of the employees struggling. Additionally, forcing people to go back to the office 4 days a week with no additional benefits/compensation/perks and denying requests for remote work when they meet all the criteria just because an employee is hourly is abysmal. Employees who have not been brainwashed very clearly get treated differently when they try to speak out and push back against these policies.
