You get to tell people you work at funko. That's it.

Cons

Incredibly poor communication, improper preparation/training in most departments, no training materials for vital departments leading to intense "job security" among long term employees slow to fix most maintenance issues, Money/product over employees, Constant Improper use of employees pronouns, little/none employee appreciation from FUNKO and not a temp agency.

Pros

Location was key especially living in Tacoma. People were great to work with. Working conditions and environment were very enjoyable for me. Opportunities for advancement were in reach. Pay was competitive. Got along with Manager quite well. Benefits package was very good.

Mostly amazing colleagues who go above and beyond. Fun product and projects.

Cons

Poor leadership/ toxic culture. Executive team is a “frienemies”clique who, pit subordinates against one another, flaunt their money in toxic ways and get a laugh at humiliating employees. As long as people continue to buy the product, the culture will not change. Instead of hiring humble, hungry and smart individuals - high level employees are hired because they are friends of leadership, not because they are competent for the job. Lies, backstabbing, sexual harassment and lack of diversity run rampant. At the end of the day, you are a number that is expected to produce - there is no thought or care for the individual or what they contribute. Everyone outside of the inner leadership circle is expendable.
