      Pros

      Funko has wonderful people, a fun product, and decent salary and benefits. Newer executive leaders appear to be making the necessary tough decisions to right the ship from multiple operational and financial challenges.

      Cons

      Growing pains! Funko needs to quickly mature many processes and systems and can't do so quick enough. Funding to build capabilities is extremely limited. There is inconsistency in how policies are implemented between functions. I wish we were further along in DEI initiatives.
