Funko reviews

There are many pro to working at Funko! The open office environment makes it easy to lean and get to know different aspect of the business and how different individuals contribute to the team. My supervisors push me to go out of my comfort zone and provide and support a learning environment to help myself learn and become a better professional. I appreciate how approachable and supportive all our leadership is as they do their best to give time to each employee and answer questions. I have personally taken advantage of this to learn about our org from each leaders department, this has helped me learn and love Funko even more! We have great employees who care about the organization, community, and each other! This by far has been the best place I have ever worked. Every day is something a little different and I learn something new. Everyone has a different experience but this is the first place I feel I can be my authentic self and to me that's the most important aspect and big pro of working at Funko!

I am a recent hire who is so incredibly excited to work for a company like Funko! "Fun" is in the company's title and, it lives up to that. Any Company that regularly has representation at Comic-Cons is top rated in my book. The culture here isn't just fun, but exciting too. Not only do we work on pop culture stuff as work, but the vibe is electric. Some folks might think a company that makes toys and collectibles would be slow and boring, but it's not! The creative teams here have visions that are executed thoughtfully and quickly. I've found that a huge majority of Funko staff are friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. It makes coming to work something to look forward to. People care and that's very obvious from day 1. The employee slide and the retail store at HQ are pretty dang amazing. I've never worked at a company that had so much cool.
