Pros

-Fun team, great individuals, strong sense of community on parts of the art side. - Work environment is fun, though can be too noisy for some. - Fan base is active and inspiring. - Pay is good, if you advocate for it. - Plenty of opportunities for motivated individuals to try and improve themselves

Cons

- While creative and talented, feedback needs to be delivered in a overly soft and delicate way. Art side can be sensitive - Interpersonal conflicts are resolved via management rather than individuals talking. - Strong gender imbalance among the Exec levels of leadership and management. - Career growth is limited and very political. - WFH has hurt the company culture. - Plenty of opportunity to be mediocre - Major culture change since IPO - Budgeting is not a issue until employee raises come up.

Politics and favouritism at top level. The company has no vision. Only wanted to do more business but ignores its staff. Many employees are unhappy
