      Pros

      it's easy to drink the cool-aid here - it's an awesome place to work and I really enjoy my coworkers. Work environment is fast paced which keeps things ever changing and keeps the work challenging and rewarding.

      There was no pro's to working here. Awful.

      Cons

      -Awful management, especially from the so called "team leader". -Constant moaning from everyone about how snowed under they are rather than doing the job. -I was bullied and openly talked about. -I was scrounging work for the weeks I worked there. I was given the occasional order to process. -During my first week, I was invited to a meeting about the ordering process, bare in mind that I had been at the company a few days, I was then after the meeting extensively quizzed about the meeting and asked they me questions that I would have not been able to answer. It was a witch hunt. -Just overall awful, this is a place you would go to work if you had zero ambitions in life.
