Just about everything is a con with this company. Horrible management, from the top, all the way down. A handful that fight for the little people but even they have little to no luck with their bosses. They do NOT keep their word. Tell you one thing and next thing you know, your being fired for the very thing they told you was okay. You give your time and dedication , just for it to go unnoticed. There is NO job security, fired for any reason at the drop of a hat. Theres so many bad things about this company but wont bother wasting my time other than to say this.... If your thinking about working here, DONT. Turn around and RUN, dont walk, in another direction. HR needs to get a backbone also and fight for their people. It's what they are there for after all. It's all such a joke.

As all the negative reviews state. -No tools to do their job -No support from upper management (fear factor from bullying and getting fired for having their own thoughts) -Everyone is afraid to provide criticism to upper management decisions. -Open door policy is a revolving door to the curb (fired or lay off due to opinion) -Spend money on non-value improvements, then struggle to find out how to pay for it -etc
