Pros

- Management not shy about taking risks - risks that work - There is a ton of internal movement/promotions - employees are given a lot of opportunities - Getting much better at communication - The HR team is very engaging, which is helpful and refreshing - The work is exciting - Have you seen our building?? We even had a Friends and Family Day and it was amazing to see the excitement !

Cons

- Work/life balance is not great - We are in the pop culture space, which is extremely fast paced - We grew so fast in the last couple of years that we are definitely feeling the growing pains - need to have closer alignment to our other businesses

This job is definitely challenging, but in a good way. There is so much growth that you are able to build new things and your input is valued from day 1. There are a lot of fun events and the atmosphere is upbeat and positive. I am excited for the future here and to be part of such a fun and successful team.

Cons

I have not had a negative experience.

I am excited to be a part of Funko's success from strategic acquisitions to investing in their employees with lots of resources. It is quite refreshing to see a thriving organization that continues to dominate the industry. Being on the ground floor I can honestly say that behind the magic are bright, talented and hardworking people that contribute amazing work every day. If you are looking to join a growing fast-paced company that likes to be in the forefront of all things Pop Culture this is where it is happening.
