      • Underpaid and overworked, but you should be thankful because you work on cool things • Constant source of anxiety and stress • Loud and distracting work environment • No real deadlines, everything is rushed • Heavy handed, top down management • If you are not a man, good luck

      Work hard and be rewarded

      Pros

      Funko is the kind of place you go when you thrive in a fast paced environment and love working hard. It kills me when i see reviews about how there is no "career advancement"- that is 100% false. Since I have been here I have seen many incredibly hard working folks across all the different groups not only promoted but also pushed to promote those under them. What I HAVE noticed is that there are more then a few folks who expect to be promoted because thats what they think should happen since they have worked "so hard" for a year. That's not how the world works folks. The entire exec team is the hardest working group of people I have ever met and because of that expect excellence from everyone at the company. If all you want to do is complain about how much you have to do and how all your friends are higher titled than you, this is not the place for you. If you are willing to learn from those around you and push yourself then you will not only succeed but thrive.

      Rapid growth means larger then expected growing pains but that's too be expected

      Fast moving, growing, lots of opportunities to progress. Fun and friendly. Annual pay rises.

      Cons

      Some colleagues have a bad attitude but don’t voice their concerns to supervisors because they think they are better than them.
