Pros

- A lot of staff members are hard-working, lovely people. - Convenient location in Hammersmith, with a shopping centre and nice places to eat. - Cool product if you are into cheap plastic figurines.

Cons

Funko could be a great company but is sadly rotten to the core. I am not sure how things are handled in the USA but the UK office has some serious management issues that are ruining everything for its employees. This is one of the most awful places I have ever endured and the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because in fairness there are probably worse workplaces in the world. - Poor management and toxic environment: some members of the top leadership team are just amateurs on a power trip. They are really incompetent, vapid and mediocre, and leave the hard work and strategy to the employees below them, yet take the credit for the good results. In order to somehow justify their position, they only interest themselves in menial tasks so they can give some pointless input or will micromanage you over some useless assignment. Issues and problems are ignored or badly dealt with. - No room for growth: whilst the entry salary might be decent, the benefits are poor and once you are there, you have zero chances of getting a promotion or a pay rise, unless you are friends with certain people. Competence, talent and hard work are hardly recognised or rewarded and could in fact play against you. In order to survive, you have to be a ‘yes-man/woman’ and do as you are told. - Low morale: all this results in a high turnaround, with remaining employees taking on additional work and burning out. Managers impose some pathetic social activities to pretend that there is some sort of team spirit but it’s all fake.

Pros

There was no pro's to working here. Awful.

Cons

-Awful management, especially from the so called "team leader". -Constant moaning from everyone about how snowed under they are rather than doing the job. -I was bullied and openly talked about. -I was scrounging work for the weeks I worked there. I was given the occasional order to process. -During my first week, I was invited to a meeting about the ordering process, bare in mind that I had been at the company a few days, I was then after the meeting extensively quizzed about the meeting and asked they me questions that I would have not been able to answer. It was a witch hunt. -Just overall awful, this is a place you would go to work if you had zero ambitions in life.
