Pros

Funko is a great company and great place to work. There's always something exciting going on. I found the environment to be very welcoming and fun. There are a lot of different types of people and everyone works together. It's very much a team atmosphere. They do want employees to grow with the company and there are opportunities if you seek them out. There are many perks including an onsite gym, game room, slides between floor, free soda, and an employee discount.

Cons

They still need to work on individual emplooyee growth and goal setting.
