Toxic Workplace With Little Hope Of Progression....(see below)
Pros
Some decent people with a good work ethic. Almost none at Supervisor Level and Above Though.
Cons
Unless you are a friend or romantic interest of the people in charge you will not progress here. Their incompetence deserves a measurement scale befitting of only them. I have never worked for a bigger bunch of idiots. They will eventually run this place into the ground if the Americans do not shake it up and put some competent management in place. Actually overheard a (then supervisor but now) co-ordinator telling a potential (now) team leader.... "You can go a long way in this place if you turn someone over" Going nowhere in a hurry and if you read the news. They are being sued for falsifying their IPO data. So I doubt it'll exist by Summer. Luckily im out of here soon.
