Pros

A fun atmosphere, nice people, easy work, awesome discounts for employees, free soda in the break room!

Cons

They hire temps with no set rules about when they'll hire you permanent. Some people have been "temps" for TWO YEARS. That's the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars. A lot of people have unsure futures because they're terrified of losing their jobs whenever someone thinks they need to start lay offs.

Pros

The office looks nice. Some of the workers there are good people.

Cons

Lack of leadership from the top, and abusive language and pressure environment lead to burnout of many people. Salaried positions abused with massive overtime with no extra compensation.

DO NOT WORK FOR FUNKO

Pros

A slight chance to get free stuff, which is still dwindling away.

Cons

I work in the warehouse and I am not the only one that feels this way, I'm sure. They work the warehouse staff like work mules. Constant mandatory overtime. I worked more weekends this year, than I had off. Unrealistic expectations of fulfilling orders. Bragging about the company being a multi million dollar company yet the ones that are putting the product out the door to make the company make that much money, are being paid nothing and being over worked. No appreciation for anything that the staff does. There's an obvious divide between the office and sales. They, on my occasions have messed up on our pay, which is unacceptable considering the amount of overtime the entire staff has put in. This place is garbage, it costs cents to make the toys, yet they make 800 percent more on the product and keep the money for themselves.
